HeatReadyPHX Tree Planting in F.Q. Story Neighborhood

Join KPB and the City of Phoenix Heat Response and Mitigation Department for a tree planting to create shade and reduce urban heat—one tree at a time!

Volunteer tasks will include checking people in, handing out supplies and bags, along with educating attendees about trees, their impact and importance in our environment.

Be sure to dress comfortably, and wear close-toe shoes, hats, and sunscreen. Cold water is provided to keep hydrated plus coffee and donuts for some tasty snacks!
